Return and Refund Policy
Package Opening Guidelines
- Please make a video or click pictures of package/product at the time of package opening without any cut pause starting before opening the parcel. Only that video or pictures will be allowed as evidence at the time of product exchange/return if product is damaged or incorrect received.

Return and Refund Guidelines
- Return request will be accepted only if item is damaged or incorrect item received.
- Return request will not be accepted if the product is used in any way.
- Return request will be accepted if the customer notifies the sales executive within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Return pick-up charges will be paid by Seller only if the item is damaged or wrong item received and in other cases the charges will be paid by the Customer.
- Return pick up will be done only when the pick up request will be accepted by our channel courier company for the particular pin code, If return request will not be accepted by our courier company, The customer has to ship that order in his own way and has to provide tracking slip to the concerned sales team. In this case the charges will be paid by customer.
- The product will be cross-checked by the quality department and refund will be initiated after inspection.
- Shipping cost will not be refundable, if applicable.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Exchange request will be accepted only if item is damaged or incorrect item received. For this Opening video is mandatory without any cut pause starting from opening the parcel. The video must be in clear vision.
- Exchange request will not be accepted if the product is used in any way.
- The exchange request will be accepted if the customer notifies the sales executive within 2 day from the date of delivery.
- Product pickup fee and exchange product shipping fee will be paid by Seller only if the item is damaged or wrong item received, in other cases the charges will be paid by the Customer.
- The exchange product will be cross-checked by the quality department and after the inspection you could exchange it with the new product.
- Shipping charges for the exchanged/new product will be paid by the customer.
