I am very pleased with my purchase from Seven Opals. Their website was undergoing maintenance so I reached out on thwir whatsapp to customer service and the person handling my concerns and queries was very polite, patient and promptly responding. The delivery was very fast from Jaipur to Mumbai, just 2 days from date of order. Also I was worried the opals I wanted would not look the same as the online photos and those shared on whatsapp, but the stones were exactly the same as in photos. Very pretty!! Also the prices are very reasonable and fair. I am very happy with my purchase from Seven Opals, from customer service, product, pricing and shipping everything was superb.
